Many are familiar with the several-acre estate lots on West Lawther. How many are aware of the home along East Lawther and Arboretum Point? On my thousands of bike rides around White Rock Lake, I noticed the land, the lake, the trees, the meadow, the hill, but never really noticed the home on Arboretum Point that overlooks all of this.
